Samsung galaxy A71 Software update

       After October, 2020 there is no update for Galaxy A71(except a 48 mb update in November, 2020 with old security patch).

 Some guys here are saying that as A71 is in quarterly update list hence it will get updates with 3-4 months gap.

 NOW, MY QUESTION IS - "IS GALAXY A21S A FLAGSHIP PHONE ?" "IS GALAXY A21S IN MONTHLY UPDATE LIST ?" Because A21s gets updates every month.

 One of my friend has A21s, and he is getting updates on monthly basis.

 Now, what is your explanation, techy guys ?

 I now, some over confidence techy guys will that there nothing to have monthly security patch, phone don't need that, phone is much more secure with that. But believe me or not, my one cousin is head of software engineer in a company and I learened many things from him and my knowledge says monthly security patch is obviously needed.

 Now, come to my topic - I am using Samsung from a long time. 'May be' this time samsung is thinking of something else with the update of A71 hence it is late. But if it is only unsincerity about A71, then it is not going good, samsung have to change its strategies.

You will get one ui 3 beta very soon. That's a good news for you (upto march, until it gets one ui 3 stable 😅). But there is no clear news about A71 😔.

I use A21s in UAE but never gets monthly security patches. June, August, October and December patches were not available for my unit.

One of my friend is using A21s. And he already got december, january security patch.

Yes I did get Jan security update 2 days back, but as I said didn't get every month but alternate months for my A21s.

I use A21s  Indian variant 

It never got montly updates. 

It got it 

June , September  , November  , and jan 2021

And the November  security  patch was rolled out in the middle i.e( 2nd week )  of December.
