Yes I got Android 13 update on my A52 on 22 November 2022 and it's on January 2023 security patch. Go to settings and check for updates. If you can't find any updates then download smartswich on your pc from samsung website and connect your phone with pc and check for updates. If still not getting updates then you have to visit an authorised samsung service center.
