I cannot hard reset manually & cannot take screen shots by pressing volume down & power key. Is it hardware problem, or software? Please! Confirm me how to fix it? Advance thanks.

if your volume key or power key is not working then its hardware issue.

Volume key & power key button working both but screen shot is not captured & hard reset too. I was trying lots of times.

if your buttons r working then u can take the screenshot by pressing volume down and power button together for once. no need to hold them together.

secondly u can reset the phone using settings. if that's also not working then we will figure out something else.

plus update the phone too.

Dear, taking screenshots in A51 is a little different as compared to typical method..
in A51, politely press volume down and power button for hardly one second, then leave it.... screenshot will be captured..... initially u may be annoyed as this is a little different, then u will used...

I have been using Samsung Galaxy phone from last 6 years. I know well how to captured screen shots. But this time in my A51 only captured palm screen shot. Besides this one I cannot take screen shots by pressing volume down & power key button also hard reset. I was also factory reset lots of times to fix using reset from settings. Is it solve able by updating software?
