මෙහෙමයි,සාමාන්‍යයෙන් phone එකක් auto off වෙලා on වෙන්නේ ගොඩක් වෙලාවට ඔයාගේ ram එක එහෙම නැත්නම් cpu එක overload වෙන වෙලාවට. ඒක මටත් වෙලා තියෙනවා.හැබැයි එකළග restart වෙන්නේ නැහැ.ඔයාගේ device එක එක ළග restart වෙනවා කියන්නේ මොකක් හරි software issue එකක් කියන එක.කෝකටත් Device Care>3 dots on the right up corner>Automation>auto restart at set times off ද බලන්න.එකත් off නම් ඉතිං බොහෝ විට software case එකක් වෙන්න ඕනේ.හැබැයි recovery mode ගිහින් cache wipe කරලා බලන්න.ඒත් restart වෙනවා නම් backup එකක් දාගෙන reset කරලා try කරන්න.හරියයි කියලා හිතෙනවා.අවාසනාවකට හරි ගියේ නැත්නම් software flash කරනන් වෙනවා.Software ඔයාට ගෙදරදී ගහගන්න පුළුවන් වගේම කඩේකට දීලා ගහගන්නත් පුළුවන්.ගෙදරදී software ගහන හැටි කියලා දෙන්න පුළුවන් නමුත් එතන වගකීම ගන්න ඕනෙ ඔයාමයි. බොහෝවිට software අවුලක් කියලා හිතෙනවා. නමුත් device එක හැමතිස්සෙම වගේ රත් වෙලා නම් තියෙන්නේ phone එක self cool down එකක් විදිහට phone එක phone එකම restart කර ගන්නවා.software වගේම මෙතන hardware පැත්තෙනුත් බලන්න ඕනේ. Hardware පැත්තෙන් නං ඔයාට අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම කඩේකට දෙන්න වෙනවා. නමුත් ගොඩක් වෙලාවට restart වෙන එක software aulak. මම recommend කරන්නෙ reset කරලත් හරි ගියේ නැත්නම් කඩේකට දෙන්න කියලා. වෙනත් උදව්වක් අවශ්‍යයි නම් මේ කමෙන්ට් එකේ රිප්ලයි එකක් දාන්න.

මේ comment එක ඔයාට යම්කිසි ආකාරයකින් උපකාරයක් උනා නම්,මේ comment එක 3 dot menu එක click කරලා ' Accept solution' දීලා මේ comment එක ඔයාගේ ප්‍රශ්ණෙට පිළිතුර ලෙස භාරගන්න පුළුවන්

අයියේ උඹට ගොඩක් පින්🙏🙏 මට මේක හදාගන්න උදව් කරපු එකට. මම Me device එක අරගත්තේ 2020 අගෝස්තු වල. තාමත් හොඳම තත්වයෙන් තියෙනවා. ජූලි මාසේ තියෙන අලුත් update එකෙන් පස්සේ තවත් හොඳට වැඩ කරයි කියලා හිතෙනවා. බුදු සරණයි

Hi,
Does is happen Continuously or at a specific time?

Well if it happens only at a specific time then the only option is so change these settings

1. Go to Device care in Settings
2. Click the three dots on the top right hand corner
3. Then press Automation
4. See whether the Auto restart option has been enabled, if so then kindly turn it off.
