I don't know if it's just me, but I seldom see any Samsung representative on the forums. People ask questions or need help or guidance.
Currently I see better support from huawei than Samsung. And that's a pity. 🤔

I've actually never seen a Samsung representative on Samsung Members, maybe because its for Samsung users? I have been helped when emailing samsung South Africa personally by using this email: zaestore@samsung.com

One would have thought that they would use their own platform to provide support. Since you have to log in to the Samsung Members app with your Samsung account so that you can see your active devices and warranty status. It somehow doesn't make sense to just have it for samsung users though.

They will only come in to tell you that your phone needs a soft reset or take it to a service center for repair. They are there.
