Is it me or for anyone else using samsung galaxy phone or galaxy A80 user facing same ? That screen capture can be seen running continuously in running services present in developers option.

It has stopped after i stopped the service from running services. Never saw running after thay but why was it running continuously from more than 13 days ?
What services are there in samsung capture?
