Whenever i take a picture in front of light it gives me this king of blurring.Can someone suggest what needs to be done

It happens with every front camera in low light. All you can do is clean the glass above camera.

This is pretty normal for every device. Overexposure in low light. That's why the light should fall on the object to be captured and not the camera.

Change angle and try...clean lenses properly..don't point camera directly towards light source..
