Samsung busy in innovation of Flagships Phones but Loosing actually mid-range & Low-end Phone Buyers
Yes, Samsung seriously losing all Midrange and Low-end buyers because of the worst pricing for **bleep** specs. Xiaomi is going to rule the world from upcoming coming years. all just because low pricing, best specs and satisfied customers. other brands like realme, vivo, oppo and oneplus also doing best to give best specs for low price. but Samsung jus thinking like they as Apple brand n thinking like customers buy what ever they sell.
Unless until Samsung sell good specs for the best price, they continuously lose the whole market in the coming years. please marketing of the product aside, if the product performance is good means people will buy either because of mouth publicity or they will buy based on Reviews.
please change the R&D for Samsung mobile future sake, reduce marketing and R&D spendings, give best specifications(mainly camera performance is must for many custmors) for best in midrange and low end phones and also bring back headphone jack for flagship phones. custmors from India wont use wireless charging and instead of that give them high speed charger and head phones jack and see the difference. always check the online portals and reviews from amazon etc to get clarity that what are the custmors expecting from your brand. hope u got it what I am trying to say.
