Hi I have recently purchased Samsung galaxy A53. As per Samsung advertisement we will recy Samsung care for one year and other benefits like YouTube premium,spotit etc. But these benefits not activay till now. Kindly let me know to get activated. ?

Try dialing *#06# and add that number to it 🙈

It's not working? Did you try both the imei numbers? Cause it should hsge worked for one of them atkeast

Contact samsung for more help i usually get same issues but smasung help me make it work for all of those

I contacted they are saying that I need to visit shop where i purchased mobile but they are not aware of this benefits...

Any update on getting it to work? Make sure to copy thr number it self
Eg 12345/01 is the imei 2, just type 12345 in thr smasung Care imei thing. For me imei 2 worked instead of the first one.
