Samsung battery issue

When I charge my samsung a15 to 100%, the first 5-8 percent drops just in some minutes if after charging I remove charger, it drops these percent in just 30 mins of standby.

While charging when phone reach 95 it start charging very fast like from 95 to 100 it reach just in less than 3 minutes.

What is the possible reason?

Is this a software bug?

Or battery issue?

It means that when I charge my device to 100% and I leave my mobile unused for 30 minutes, the battery starts draining from 100 to 95 even I am not using it.

Bhai zahir see baat ha mobile ke battery sirf use kernay par he nahe jati. Ager phone unused ha toh bhee battery jati. Background apps, sim, internet, and notifications bhee toh battery nay he chalani han na.
Battery fast drain hori ha toh check your background apps and disable app which is draining most battery.
Wesay ap google ke services (Ads, personalize using shared data, usage and diagnosis)disable and digital wellbeing ko disable kerdo. Might help.
