Samsung a52 back panel got removed

Earlier there was slight gap in back panel and body of my samsung a52 4g but now back panel gets easily removed 

And i seen some kind of glue stuff inside that

Is this due to battery swelling? 

I am also facing heating issue while charging 

Phone gets heated when kept charging for more than 30mins

Without any physical damage the back panel got removed. Why did not Samsung use good type of glue/tape to stick this back panel? This phone price is about Rs. 25000/-. This also hampers the IP67 rating.
