Kindly inform us when we will receive update? As its been ages we last received an update.. If this kind of software support continues never gonna purchase any Samsung device in future!!

u need security patch update or os? all A series have 3 months update policy. in os u have already android 10. security patch may be late due to lockdown

We have got Android 10 update faster than a50, but now getting no updates further from February updates will 😢
