Samsung a30 front camera live focus crash ! Just bought phone

I just bought the a30 2019. Whenever I try front camera live focus, camera crashes and it says warning camera failure.

I have tried these solutions but my problem still exists.

1.Factory reset

2.Wipe cache partition

3.clear data /clear cache

4. camera Force stop

5. Turned off the phone and wait 30 seconds and reboot

I am running android pie 9. nothing solved my issue.

Any suggestion? I am really worried about it.

reflash the rom

download firmware from updato.com then download latest odin version and flash it.
search on youtube for detalis

I suggest u go to nearest customer care & reflash the rom or reinstall camera

may be hardware problem. better visit service centre
