Did you install a new update ??
If not show it to the nearest Samsung service center

The same happened to my phone today morning but after increasing the volume and restarting it started to work again. Give it a try it might work.

I suggest you to restart your Galaxy device and check whether if it works or not.

If that doesn't work, then visiting a nearby Samsung Service Center is the only way to fix it.

Loud speaker mic means noice cancellation mic?🤔

Have you run the diagnosis test in this member's app? Go to settings and test the mic and loud speaker. If not working, reset your device and check. Better to check with a Samsung service centre if the issue is still there even after the reset.
