Trade in is only supported for select models. Visit samsung display center and they will let you know. If you're from Lahore, you can go to emporium mall
Yes you can trade at any shop if they allow...they will check the phone and then give you a price and then you can trade the phone by giving the remaining amount of money..I did this back in November.
