I just contacted Samsung SA via a live chat medium inregard to a question I had for how long my galaxy A13 phone will be supported for.And to my amazement the lady Agent couldnt give me an exact answer and this made me furiouse cause I know I have the right to know this.But im telling you guys this agent was clueless🤣🤣🤣🤮🤮so i went online on google and went to Samsungs update policy and read and according to what I read I should be getting 4 years of security patches.But the point I want to make is how the hell does an Agent working for Samsung not know anny of Samsungs policies???🤣🤣🤣People this is a cause for concern.This Samsung South Africa is really hiring uneducated people.Samsung South Africa is a joke🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🙆🏽😳😳

My phone doesn't want to take pictures,video call or voice call on WhatsApp it keeps saying my security policy prevents that and I have turned it off and checked settings
