Samsung Service Center 🤦

After so many days of facing battery denatured issue I finally visited Samsung's service center. They diagnosed my device and what reply I got is totally shocking. They said my battery is doing fine and this draining issue may be because of running apps in the background. 😑 And as it's past one year that's why battery life is decreased. 

I also asked them to flash the firmware update. But they said there is no such issue in your device. 

Earlier I used to get 1 and a half day with 90% charge. But now I'm getting near about 1 day. 

Now the conclusion I made is The system apps are draining battery too fast or just only after one year battery life is reduced.

Battery problems are common for minimum all companies except iphone...🤣🤣😂

Only iPhone XR and iPhone 12 has good battery backup. Except these two, other models don't even last for a typical one day. 🙄
