Bro u r right
samsung could have changed the icons and redesign whole ui ..
But no problem there was changes in oneui3 but the optimisation and bugs are really bad lots of complaints rised battery draining , Overheating etc...

So let's hope that eventhough there is not much changes in oneui4 design , we may have better optimisation than oneui3
Expecting a stable and well optimized oneui4


Also Google changed everything this year only with android12 before that there was not such huge changes . ..
Let's hope that samsung will change this on oneui5
But with material ui we can change it and use 3rd party icon packs in oneui4 so not a huge problem..

Exactly what I say, lot of pay we to buy the phones for getting new interface in latest Android version. Samsung spend lot of money in R N D. After that this is the result.

Bro this year look at other ui's too like color os12 , realme ui3 not much changes in interface ..

In notification ui need to be change , and software open close animation and luncher ui should need to be change,and overall interface to be change with icons.

The animations on oneui4 is better than oneui3 ..
About launcher it's all personal preference ..
And u can change it to only home screen on setting ..
About icons yes the default icons should be changed ..
But with oneui4 3rd party icon packs are supported ..
