The Samsung Music even with the newest version upgrade I did few weeks behind. It still stops after taking calls. And when you hit play, after you are done with the calls, it continues to stop at every 5 seconds or less, even when u restart the device it iterates. I'm using Samsung Galaxy A9s...pie duos 2018. The worst of all Samsung Galaxies I've used. To add more, again the Samsung Video player stops after every 30secs on my phone. I'm very disappointed at this newer version of Samsung technology. I still can't believe that Samsung Galaxy smartphones will be messing up with the end users when it got to do more and better with multimedia....Music and Videos. Sometimes some apps will crash or ask users to force shutdown....apps like Facebook, Samsung email app, WhatsApp...and more, the phone itself will freeze after a longer period on phone calls or WhatsApp video calls... please what's the solution I'm tired. Seriously not enjoying the phone anymore...worst way to waste money buying latest Samsung product with joy but feeling sad now 🤮🤢🤬😡😠
It's a new phone so power saving mode ain't my thing. at least I enjoy my phone up to 365 days before I start thinking of saving energy. A9 charges fast and last up to 24hrs on 3G, but lesser on 4G.
