Samsung Music Transparency (glitch?)

My Samsung Music app does not follow the transparency setting in the lock screen, while all other apps do (this applies to lock screen only). I believe this is a bug. 

Note that the srceen is locked on the two first images above

While playing a song .
music controller automatically enables by default in android 11

.So it is not a notification because of that it is not transparent
