NOT UPDATE FOR A50.
ITS 20 DAYS SINCE WE R NOT ABLE TO USE FINGERPRINT.
WHICH IS HIGHEST USP OF THIS MOBILE.
WHY U SELL YOUR DEVICE IF YOU R UNABLE TO GIVE GOOD SUPPORT.
TOTALY CLOSE  HIS EYES TOWARD INDIAN CUSTOMER.
IN OTHER COUNTRY FIX THE ISHUE.
WE HAVE TO GO FOR OTHER BRAND.

Hi there,

 

Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-
> If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
> Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue
> Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the center and corners have been fully scanned.

Nevertheless if you still have similar problems while registering or scanning your fingerprints, please visit to the authorized Samsung service center with device and have it inspected for further resolution.

Also Read the kevinpatelwho is brand Ambassador also voilate the terms and rules by using tricks like create **bleep** samsung members id on samsung members web.And win contest .This is not fare for the community.So they should be disqualified.Make some changes to contest so genuine person can win.We respect all the Cummunity Who handled this Membes App.We have not hate for the winner of any contest.But they r win by cheat which is make not good impact on other members.
