I am using samsung m21 ,restart In every hour or couple of minutes anytime . There is no physical damage or any other damage in my device. 

After Aug 21 updates I am facing this .

So many user having same issue with samsung device .This should be rectified by samsung i

 Please suggest or provide me for solution.

Please don't comment on every post. You know the rules of Samsung Community, right? Visit service center and they will change your motherboard.

Service center demanding money for this .
And for your kind information it's bug in software release done by samsung.
Samsung making fools to the customer.

Why the release the buggy updates.
Even they not realizing this .
So I will spread my issue everywhere .

When software update has corrupted files, motherboard can be damaged. This happened in your case.
