We understand the inconvenience you have faced. We apologies for the inconvenience. We would request you to please follow the below mentioned path to update software as the latest version of android for Samsung Galaxy A50 is scheduled for May’20.
With the Government’s mandate to observe complete lockdown, we’re experiencing a slight delay at our end to bring you One UI 2 updates.
Update software: Click on settings> Click on software update> Click on download and install> Check software update> Software update available > Click on Download > Downloading updates > Click on Install now.
Heating issue: We would request you to please click on the mentioned link to resolve the issue related to device heating: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/why-the-heating-issue-occurs-in-mobile-device/
Network issue: Check device network mode settings: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.
If the issue still persist, we would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application in order to assist you better. (Samsung Members App > Get help> Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
