Hello ! 

Samsung Galaxy A71 is lagging after software update UI 5.0. I am not even able to unlock my phone and all the apps just stopped. Need guidance please .

Press and hold power button and volume down for 2 minutes your phone will restart

Thanks restarting the phone worked. I donot know if it is permanent solution.

Please download galaxy labs apk and galaxy app booster apk from apk mirror and install both after installing open galaxy labs and click app booster and optimize all your apps

Also if you know how to clean cache partition then clean it

I am on A32 but somewhere inside my own phone, they said it is recommended to restart your phone once in a week, my phone also slows down a lil bit but after restarting and booting up, it works fine again

If you can't do reset please download and install indian software by using computer
