Samsung Galaxy A70 Vibration Stopped working

Just after my update to android 10 the vibration of my samsung Galaxy A70 stopped working. Does anyone else face the same problem? Any solutions?

Yes. still didnt work. also did factory reset

Kindly contact the customer service by chat. See the Admin section they have given solution for M31 I think.

yes same problem occurred to my phone and so have to go Service center as it was in warranty, in the Service center they changed the vibration motor and downgrade the phone firmware to Android 9
