Are the photos clear when clicked ? The photo looks clear when viewing from camera app but when clicked it suddenly losses its sharpness and a sketch type photo is saved. My Xiaomi Mi 4i(5mp Selfie camera) clicked sharper selfies and my dad's Samsung Galaxy C9 pro(16megapixel, ₹28999 product) clicks better photos from rear camera whereas A7(₹27990)(2018)'s camera should have been superior to it.
Also does the camera making a very soft sound when being zoomed or switched between modes like from Auto to Scene Optimiser or to some other mode a common thing. I bought this phone for camera but it seems like the camera is flawed or the software is disturbing the setup of cameras or I got a faulty piece??

But after November security patch update there is some problem with image processing in auto mode.
software is using higher iso values even when not required or there is enough light for lower iso values in artificial lighting conditions both when hdr is set to auto an on.
Even the images turn out to over exposed or higher exposure than shown in viewfinder(especially when using hdr in artificial lighting conditions).
In BURST shots camera takes photos with lower iso and noise in same lighting conditions with better details and colours both when hdr is set auto and on.
When using hdr sometimes photo gets coloured lines vertically.
luckily as of yet I am not facing such issues like you kawaljit... but I wish samsung looks into these matters as A7(2018) is purely being bought for its triple camera
