I recently updated my phone to android 10 through system updates. After a few days, my microphone stopped working. A few days later my fingerprint scanner stopped working and it displayed an error " fingerprint sensor is not responding please try again later" which was solved after a few days on its own. My power button doesn't work at times as well.

 

Is this because of the update? as I've been experiencing these irregularities right after the update.

yes maybe because of newr updates, please backup your data and reset the device bcoz many different phone models are faced similar problems like this one, and resetting the only option u can do it or u have to wait for the further updates.

try to clear device cache using recovery mode and restart your phone...
