I'm facing a strange issue in my galaxy a54 5g, if anybody knows about that, kindly let me know.

My ny Brightness blkl end py ki hoti hai blkl low aur phone use krti hun toh sb theek rehta hai, lkn jysy he whatsapp myn jati hun aur jab wo fingerprint mangta hai toh screen py ajeeb c green lines ajati hain bht light aur wo hill rhi hoto hai, lkn ye srf aur srf usi wqt hota hai jb whatsapp py fingerprint add krna hota hai isky ilawa aisa kaheen ni hota. Anybody knows about this issue? Whats happening with my phone.

And Also jis trah sy phone my data save hota hai usi pattern py wapis ata hai? Means jb again data restore krty hyn toh my files myn agr folders separate bnaye hyn aur un my jo jo files hyn wo sb usi jgah py wapis ajati hain ya sb merge hojata hai?

Ap laptop ya PC my b save kr skti ha. Jb reset ho jay wapis copy kr ly phone my wo wasy ka wasy he rhy ga.

Laptop myn a54 ki data cable he ni insert hoti....any other way to transfer data into laptop?

Ake dfa Reset All Settings kr k check kry.
Agr is sy b msla hal ni hota to.

Back up your all data. Then go for Factory Reset.

Check after that.
