I'm facing a strange issue in my galaxy a54 5g, if anybody knows about that, kindly let me know.

My ny Brightness blkl end py ki hoti hai blkl low aur phone use krti hun toh sb theek rehta hai, lkn jysy he whatsapp myn jati hun aur jab wo fingerprint mangta hai toh screen py ajeeb c green lines ajati hain bht light aur wo hill rhi hoto hai, lkn ye srf aur srf usi wqt hota hai jb whatsapp py fingerprint add krna hota hai isky ilawa aisa kaheen ni hota. Anybody knows about this issue? Whats happening with my phone.

A54 mry family member k pas b ha. Whatsapp py fingerprint b ha pr koi issue ni.
Ap whatsapp sy fingerprint disable kr k dobara check kry.
Ya apny sary fingerprint ake dfa delete kr k dobara registered kr k use kr k dekhy. Baz dfa koi update ai ho to is k bd b kch issues nkl aty ha.

Yes I did, even I uninstalled whatsapp and installed that again. Mjy screen b dim dim feel horhi hai

This issue came in october security patch from samsung in android 13. Try updating to latest software by going to settings and searching for software update

A few days ago It got updated to one ui 6.1

Its better to visit service centre. Software issue hua aur apny downgrade kia tw service void hojaye gi aur 2nd issue panel ka bhi hoskta ha. I would suggest visit a service centre

Phone neechy girny ki waja sy display screen pr lines ajati hain. Agr ap service centre jao tw wo bta dein gien software issue ha or hardware issue.
P.s: they dont charge anything
