Is there any App of Samsung,  which can lock applications by a password? 
There is Samsung 's S secure, but it can be Uninstalled without any authentication!

Yes. There is option in *S Secure* for the lock apps with password

Just hide the s secure application after locking the apps...
Go to home screen settings>hide apps>select the app that you want to hide>save.
It will hide the app from the home menu.
