Samsung Galaxy A50 update

I asked Customer support about Samsung Galaxy  A50 Android 10 upgrade and this is the respinse I have received.

surely you will get solution confirmly you just stuck with return demand.

Then samaung will take you seriously neither wise no importance given by samsung to customers by just feedback and customer calling

late in upadtes due to lockdown or update will provide after lockdown is silly answers given by samaung because each day samsung rollout upadtes to each models .

If lock down make impact on their upadte process then eveyday rolling out upadte is not possible
