Android Soul spotted a new Samsung Galaxy A505FN/DS smartphone in a Wi-Fi Alliance listing, which is speculated to be the Samsung Galaxy A50. The listing doesn’t reveal much about the phone, except its serial number and that it could be launched running on Android 9 Pie. There is no concrete information on when the smartphone could be announced but considering that it bagged the Wi-Fi Alliance certification, it could launch soon.

The smartphone was previously spotted on Geekbench, where it was listed running on the Exynos 9610 SoC, coupled with 4GB RAM. It is speculated to come in 64GB or 128GB storage options and could be powered by a 4000mAh battery. A previous report about the Galaxy A50 suggests that it will sport the company’s new OneUI and may come equipped with wireless charging technology and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Additionally, the smartphone might feature a 24MP rear camera. There’s not much information about the phone’s display, except that it might sport an LCD panel.
