press and hold ur fingerprint for a while and use different fingers to register it will work...i did the same n it work..

watch Tech Dside video regarding fingerprint as the trick work in my device

try again and this time hold you finger for little more time and try different finger too.

Buddy, put a bit of pressure on the sensor area it'll detect the fingerprint.

if tempered glass is there, it will not detect.. remove it

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1) The device may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles, small or thin fingers.

 

2) Ensure that the screen protector or the touchscreen on the fingerprint recognition sensor area is not scratched or damaged by objects, such as coins, keys,pens,and necklaces.
