Samsung Galaxy A50 fast Charging Problem

I have buyed samsung galxy a50 its is good i got april Update and today i have received May update there is a bug to be fixed in fast charging im unable to boost my mobile with first charging with the same give  charger by box anyone facing the same prblm.? And give me the suggestions. To improve the fast charging. And i turned on with fast charging option

Fast charging does not work. Turn it off.. Normal charging is much better than this..Use original data cable and adapter which you got inside the box.

I experienced that when he updated to android 10, I thought fast charging no longer works .but sometimes he does fast charging when he is turned off and I turn on the fast charging option again .I thought he looks like a bug in android 10 update

it works good for me.. it charges the device completely in 2hrs

charge it with 10w charger it takes same time.

no it will take 2hrs 30 to 40Min to charge fully. I tested already.
