it's not about standby drain dude. we are talking about the new 4000mah vs after update battery consumption.

yeah ok...I have a 4500mah battery but still there is idle drains..if your phone has knox feature.then there will be a idle drain cause when your phone is kept idle during night the knox feature continuously checks your phone for any loop holes..or breaches so it takes up some battery
And these phones have a additional chip for security..so that too takes up battery..then comes Google play services 🙄..I don't know if even thats necessary for our phones..just suckinn up the battery..
only a update can fix this issue

do this step to consume more battery

Optimise the device using the device care feature.

• When you are not using the device, turn off the screen by pressing the Side key.

• Activate power saving mode.

• Close unnecessary apps.

• Deactivate the Bluetooth feature when not in use.

• Deactivate auto-syncing of apps that need to be synced.

• Decrease the backlight time.

• Decrease the screen brightness
