In some cases, after installing a software or security update, the device may require some time to complete background optimization and refresh network configurations, which may temporarily affect network connectivity.
To help resolve the issue, we kindly recommend trying the following steps:
- Restart the device to refresh the network connection.
- Turn on Airplane mode for about 30 seconds, then turn it off again.
- Remove and reinsert the SIM card to ensure it is properly connected.
- Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
- Ensure that your device software is updated to the latest available version by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
