Samsung Galaxy A34 5G 4k 60fps not playing

Hello Samsung Team, 

Despite being the top model, why can't I play videos from Gallary at 4k 60fps? The same video shared to my old A50s works very well. Please provide an update so we can play the video at 4k 60fps within Gallary. 

I usually shoot videos in 4K 60FPS from iPhone 14 Pro Max. Usually, when I used to transfer to my A50s, it used to play, but now, in A34, it plays very laggy.

It does have hardware support but samdung will not provide it.

Because of the exynos processor it doesn't support higher video codecs it just only support H264 codec so it can't play HEVC or H265 codecs 🙂
