Samsung Galaxy A32 4G Device Froze & Restart

My Samsung Galaxy A32 4G after sometimes froze and restart. Specially it will happen when device temperature rise up and also when, I connect the pen drive with my device. Samsung must provide the android 14 update to the Samsung Galaxy A32 4G to resolve this issue.

Sir I purchased my A32 seven 7 month ago. Now my phone behavior is unproper like ghost tuch and phone upper area touch is not working. Phone is not broken and not damaged by any other thing. What should I do. It's software problem or hardware?
