Please help, my camera has been blur and this is ever since the Samsung update 
I have tried clearing my cache, rebooting and also force stop but nothing seems to work.

Best bet is to try and reset your device after backing up your data .

Hi, Roxstar 

 

Kindly clear your cache.

 

Follow the steps below to do this:

 

  1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
  5. Select Show system Apps.
  6. Select the Camera.
  7. Select Storage.
  8. Select Clear Cache.

 

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

 

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

 

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
