Samsung Galaxy A15 mobile hanging issues

Recently I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A15. But unfortunately i have bad experience with this phone. Lots of hanging issues in this mobile. When I have connected headphone in this mobile then after some time mobile will be hang and a beep beep sound will generate and not finish. And also hanging issues in mobile when it is using.
