My phone functions really well, also the battery is good. I really love my phone.❤😩 Although I discovered earlier this year (2024) that it's supposed to catch two sim cards but only one sim card goes in it and it's just how it was made from the factory.
😢 The main concern is that the WiFi, Bluetooth and Hotspot Stopped working completely. Like they're just failing to TURN ON. They don't wanna TURN ON. Also a notification keeps on popping up out of nowhere that the Bluetooth is not corresponding and it's so annoying.😔
I tried Restarting, reseting the Network settings and also factory reset. But the problem is not solved.💔😭
Please what could be the problem?? And what's the solution to the problem???💔😭😭
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
