Hi, I have a problem with my google. I have enabled cookies but I can't sign in, it keeps saying I need to enable my cookies but I have. Can anyone please help me

Hi Keley

Please clear data of your google and perform  a soft reset of the device

Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Google >> Storage>> Clear Data

Than perform a soft reset :

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
