Samsung Galaxy A07 Mic Issue (WhatsApp & Calls)

Assalamualaikum,

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A07 on 28 March 2026 from Daraz (Samsung flagship seller).

I am facing this issue:

• Microphone is not working properly on WhatsApp

• Voice notes have no sound or very low sound

• Sometimes during normal calls, the other person cannot hear me clearly

Temporary fix:

• When I restart the phone, WhatsApp mic works fine for some time

• But after a while, the same problem comes back

I also called Samsung official helpline in Pakistan (0800-72678). They told me:

• A software update is expected on 1 April 2026

• This issue has been reported for the last 4–5 months

My concern:
If Samsung already knew about this issue, why didn’t they inform users earlier?

Is anyone else facing the same problem? Any permanent solution?

Same thing. Someone said it will fix after the update. Let's see
