Samsung Galaxy A07 Mic Issue (WhatsApp & Calls)

Assalamualaikum,

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A07 on 28 March 2026 from Daraz (Samsung flagship seller).

I am facing this issue:

• Microphone is not working properly on WhatsApp

• Voice notes have no sound or very low sound

• Sometimes during normal calls, the other person cannot hear me clearly

Temporary fix:

• When I restart the phone, WhatsApp mic works fine for some time

• But after a while, the same problem comes back

I also called Samsung official helpline in Pakistan (0800-72678). They told me:

• A software update is expected on 1 April 2026

• This issue has been reported for the last 4–5 months

My concern:
If Samsung already knew about this issue, why didn’t they inform users earlier?

Is anyone else facing the same problem? Any permanent solution?

I bought Samsung A07 6/128Gb From Samsung offical store. And Facing no issue at all.


But mostly people facing this issue after oneui 8 I hope they'll solve this issue in 8.5 update

Also allowed on Security and Privacy>control and Alerts>Microphone Access, is On
