I am facing an issue on my Samsung Galaxy A07 device. Whenever I minimize an app or switch to another app, the previous app automatically closes in the background.
This becomes a major problem especially while checking OTP codes from SMS and entering them into banking or other apps. As soon as I open Messages or another app, the previous app refreshes or closes automatically.
I have already tried:
Disabling battery optimization
Allowing background activity
Checking RAM and device care settings
But the issue still continues.
Please help me fix this problem. It seems the phone is aggressively closing apps in the background.
If you got 4 gb varient then you will face this problem. For budget a-series phones one ui skin is very heavy so less ram is insufficient for multitasking.
3 apps do work But along with other bugs there is a bug in one ui 8 that is causing this issue. Its a ram management bug which restricts app from running in background. Some a07 devices have i guess you got unlucky. Your only hope is to wait for one ui 8.5.
