Customer service or even service center or Sr team do accept that the is faulty, they are just of no use. Samsung is just trying to make money and dont accept there part of fault.

Very True.... After sales service is of no use.... I have a complaint in My Note 20..... have visited Samsung service centre abt 6 Times, Have sent 100 mails.... all of no use.... Have to accept the phone as it is....

This is my last Samsung phone.....

Waste of Money....

Spending 80k and good for nothing phone.....

The Customer Rep and Samsung Back end team just say that there is no any Complaint and the Device is working fine in " SAFE MODE"....

What rubbish.....

Very Very Sorry to say that THIS IS WORST YOU CAN GIVE TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.....

It's our Hard Earned Money.....
