Please access the Samsung members application, on the benefits section you should be able to find the complimentary gift for the device.

Hi Tsogo_sam05. The link does not allow one to claim the buds. If they are no longer available then remove your misleading advert from your web site.

Be honest with your clients. Don't give us the run around. The unavailability of the offer which has not been withdrawn will be reported to the public protector for investigation and to the Consumer Affairs Council.

Hi, HeinA kindly be advised that according to the Ts&Cs the reason the banner may not appear is due to the 4000 applicants that had already redeemed and reached the limit of available Galaxy Buds+.

Then stop advertising. Withdraw the advert.It is false advertising. Reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority. Samsung are really testing the patience of their clients. Please get the Samsung RSA MD to contact me ASAP
