Samsung removed bootloader unlocking on Galaxy devices with One UI 8 in Europe due to EU law 2014/53/EU for security. 

This limits customization (rooting, custom ROMs). 

Applies to EU devices; US status unchanged (already restricted).

**bleep** Samsung. I lost my working unlocked bootloader rooted Android 13 for this ugly **bleep** OneUI-8. Had I known that it's removed, I would have never updated it.
