Hello Samsung, I have been using Samsung A9 2022 Android smartphone for a long time. But I feel that even though you are such a big company, you are copying the iPhone rule. You don't update the software & Android level up of old phones like they do. Not everyone earns the same, so not everyone can buy a new phone. A new phone is like a dream for some people. thank you.
