Samsung A80 camera flash issue when manual focusing in dark area

Samsung A80 is camera flash os not working in dark area when manually focusing an object. But when capturing photos the flash os working.

It creates that the object i want to focus I can't as it do not turn on the glash during manual flash like othe phoes do.

Is it applicable on my phone or everyone is facing the same issue.
